Jayson Oweh, a four-star DE out of Blairstown, New Jersey, announced for Penn State during the UA All-American Game on Thursday:

Oweh, the No. 106 recruit in 2018, picked the Nittany Lions over Ohio State and others. The Buckeyes also received good news during the game as four-star DE Tyreke Smith announced for them.
