While originally picking Ohio State over Penn State in high school, it looks like former five-star No. 1 WR recruit Julian Fleming will be a Nittany Lion after all. Fleming, a grad-transfer who was injured much of his time in Columbus, has been trending towards the Nittany Lions following a visit:
