The four-star safety out of Cass Tech High School seems like the safe bet of the recruits mentioned to join the Wolverines’ #BluePrint17 class. JKP is expected to take his time and make several others visits, but like Corey Malone-Hatcher tweeted, only time will tell with Kelly-Powell.
