After talking with Michigan’s quarterbacks on Friday, ESPN’s Dan Murphy believes Wilton Speight, not John O’Korn, will be the first one out on the field for the Wolverines on September 3rd.
Reading between the lines here, but based on body language and the like I'd be surprised if Speight isn't the starting QB against Hawaii.

Speight on QB spot "I think I've got a feel now… but it's coach's decision and not many people know what goes on in coach Harbaugh’s mind"

John O’Korn:
O'Korn on QB competition: "everything is being evaluated from the way we walk down the halls to the way we throw a pass on a certain route."

It may actually be Erik Magnuson who gets the call from Harbaugh:
OKorn says he and Speight and Morris getting 30 percent snaps. Magnuson 70%. Sooooo no one tipping hand
