Four-Star LB Decommits From Duke

Ellis Brooks, a four-star linebacker out of Richmond, Virginia announced Friday that he was re-opening his recruitment.

Brooks originally pledged to Duke over Michigan, Notre Dame, Virginia Tech and others.

Brooks is ranked as the No. 230 recruit in the 2017 class.
