College Football chairman Kirby Hocutt was on College GameDay Saturday morning talking about the effects of Washington’s Pac 12 Championship win over Colorado:
CFP chair Kirby Hocutt on ESPN: "Washington was impressive." How safe is UW? "I can't speculate." Don't worry, Huskies. You're in.

Hocutt also talked about the seperation between Michigan, Wisconsin, Penn State, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State for the 4th playoff spot if Clemson were to fall to Virginia Tech.
Hocutt vaguely says "close separation" with Michigan, Penn St, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Oklahoma St. That's the key question if Clemson loses.
