CFB Analyst Says Shea Patterson Is Jim Harbaugh’s Best QB Since Andrew Luck

With the news that Shea Patterson is eligible in 2018, Fox Sports’ Bruce Feldman believes that the former Ole Miss QB gives Jim Harbaugh his most talented gun-slinger since Andrew Luck at Stanford:
