Michigan’s bid for a spot in the NIT was unsuccessful Sunday evening, meaning that their 2014-15 season is now finished. Spike Albrecht had a great reply to a John Beilein mass text message letting his team know that they weren’t making a post-season tournament.

Michigan should be in very good shape next season with close to everyone returning (Max Bielfeldt and Caris LeVert might be the only departures).
