After losing two of its assistant coaches to head coaching jobs (Bacari Alexander to University of Detroit and LaVall Jordan to Milwaukee Wisconsin), the Wolverines and John Beilein were task with finding replacements this offseason.
According to ESPN’s Jeff Goodman, Oakland assistant Saddi Washington and former Wright State coach Billy Donlon will be the guys:

The associate head coach at Oakland University, Washington, a former player at Western Michigan, has been with the Grizzlies for 10 seasons. Washington has recruited the midwest well over the years and helped develop Oakland guards Kay Felder, Reggie Hamilton and Travis Bader. Washington can be seen on the left:

Donlon was recently fired as Wright State’s head coach after leading the school to a 109-94 record over six seasons. In three of the four seasons, Donlon led the Raiders to 20-win seasons. The 39-year-old should bring a lot to table as he’s known as a defensive coach.
