Former Michigan basketball player Zack Novak stars in NARP YouTube video

Firstly, this video was shot at my former place of employment, so I’m very familiar with the locale. Yes, there are tennis courts, which this parody of serious gym-rats, apparently consider beneath them.

Secondly, I know a lot of people who feel similarly at the gym; they don’t want the novices to interfere with their serious workout. As the actors mention, Zack Novak included, any workout regime for the masses such as Crossfit, is a joke to them. I think they got lost on their way to Gold’s Gym.

Honestly, I don’t even completely understand this video and the term NARP, but I’ve got to give credit to producer, Pat Stansik, who created a viral video series, Pregaming with Pat.
