Many of the nation’s elite 2015 recruits are participating this week in the Nike Hoops Summit. Several scouts on hand at the event in Portland, Oregon like what they see out of Kentucky commit Skal Labissierre:

A Haitian native, the 6-foot-10 Labissierre, is currently 247Sports 3rd best player in the 2016 class. Labissierre is currently DraftExpress‘ No. 1 pick in their 2016 mock draft.
