In an interview by CBS’ Gregg Doyle with Aaron and Andrew Harrison’s dad, Aaron Sr., the twin who’s older by a minute, and has knocked out three teams already with a corner three-pointer in the NCAA tournament, has been hitting game-winning shots since he was 10.
Via Eye on College Basketball:
“His final year of AAU ball, 17-and-under, we played 75 games,” Aaron Sr. said. “And he hit 12 game-winners.”
“I told you, this is what he does,” Aaron Sr. said. “He wants that last-second shot. Not everybody wants it, but he wants it. He goes looking for it.”
Video above is a Aaron Harrison game winner in high school. It’s no wonder Andrew was seen shouting at Aaron to take the game-winning shot against Wisconsin. Will he have another one tonight against UConn?
