Michigan Gets Commitment From Three-Star Guard Ibi Watson

Michigan secured the commitment from Ibi Watson on Tuesday afternoon. Watson, a 6-foot-4 guard out of Pickerington Central (same school as Caris LeVert), is ranked as the No. 219 player in the composite rankings.

Watson, who jumped on the Wolverines’ offer shortly after receiving one this month, also held scholarships from Indiana, Dayton and others.

Michigan will likely look to add a point guard to round out its 2016 class (Jon Teske,  Austin Davis and now Watson).
