Minnesota Wild head coach Mike Yeo hasn’t been pleased with his team so far this year and it appears that Wednesday’s practice was the breaking point. He snapped on his team and started to yell at them and finished off the rant by breaking his stick over the boards as he left the rink.
Yeo addressed his outburst with the media after practice:
Sometimes an outburst like this is needed to snap your team out of a funk and to get them back on track. The Wild are 7-8-5 their last 20 games.
