It’s been said many times before, but it needs to be said again, hockey players are tougher than any other athletes. New York Rangers defenseman Kevin Klein took a high stick to the ear and had to have it stitched back together with 13 stitches. After getting part of his ear reattached, he came back in the game during the second period and later scored the game-winning goal in overtime against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Bad ass.
