Tampa Bay Lightning forward Ryan Malone was arrested early Saturday morning for cocaine possession and on DUI charges. It’s safe to say that Malone will not be joining his team for the rest of the regular season or in the playoffs.

If Ryan Malone is convicted on possession of cocaine faces up to 5 years in jail, loses his drivers license for 2 yrs and $5K fine #felony

My assumption with Ryan Malone is that had less than 28 grams; if more than mandatory jail sentence of 3 years – nothing proven though
