Alex Semin hasn’t exactly had a terrific year (33 points in 50 games played this season), but he did score a ridiculous game-tying goal against the Devils on Saturday night without the help of any of his teammates. The former Washington Capital picked the puck up at the red line, put the puck between the legs of two New Jersey players, and then spun around to his forehand in the high slot and beat Martin Brodeur far post.
The goal was Semin’s 16th of the season, but undoubtedly his nicest.
