Islanders captain John Tavares pulls out own tooth on bench

New York Islanders captain John Tavares took a punch during the Isles game against the Chicago Blackhawks and lost a few teeth.  Apparently he spit out a few and then had to pull the last one, which was caught on camera.  Like a true hockey player, Tavares never missed a shift and finished the game.
