Casey Cizikas hits Alex Galchenyuk into bench Islanders’ bench

Mid-way through the New York Islanders-Montreal Canadiens game, Islanders forward Casey Cizikas delivered this booming hit to Canadiens rookie Alex Galchenyuk.  Galchenyuk was far enough away from the boards that he went head over heels into the Islanders’ bench.  No one was hurt, but this was definitely a “Welcome to the NHL” moment for Galchenyuk.  The Islanders went on to win the game 6-3.
