Once a major target of Michigan’s in high school, Jame Howard, a former Wisconsin DT, has entered his name into the transfer portal:

The Wolverines recently landed DT Damon Payne from Alabama but are looking to solidfy the position with Mason Graham off to the NFL and likely Kenneth Grant as well.

All signs pointed to Howard picking the Wolverines out of high school. Will he this time around?
