Stewart, one of the top transfers on the market, is close with Michigan DB Mike Sainristil (HS teammate) and was recruited by Don Brown.
The Wolverines have already landed LB Ernest Hausmann (Nebraska) and OL LaDarius Henderso (Arizona State) in the portal.
