Devontae Dobbs, the top player in the state of Michigan and a five-star in the 2019 class, announced his commitment to Michigan State:

Dobbs, a Belleville, Michigan native, is ranked as the No. 13 player in the class. Ohio State, USC and others were also in on the offensive tackle.
