Michigan Close To Flipping Another Four-Star Notre Dame Commit?

Michigan has already flipped on Notre Dame 2017 pledge – four-star DT Donovan Jeter. Could another Irish pledge be looking to join the Wolverines’ #BluePrint17 class? According to Scout.com’s Sam Webb, there are positive Michigan rumblings regarding a four-star ND commit.
