USA scores goal with 1.8 seconds left in the first period

USA defenseman Ryan Suter threw the puck off the lively boards in Sochi to generate a rebound and it worked perfectly. David Backes found the rebound and buried it past Ondrej Pavelec with 1.8 seconds left. USA now carries a 3-1 lead after the first period.
