The Seattle Seahawks almost didn’t get a chance to stop the clock before the half to kick a field goal because a referee bobbled the ball trying to spot it. Seahawks kicker Steven Hauschka is sidelined with a concussion after getting leveled during a kick return, so punter John Ryan was taking the kick. Ryan is normally the holder, so the ball was bobbled and never set down. The holder then ran and tried to throw the ball when Tennessee stripped it and Jason McCourty returned it for the touchdown. Just ridiculous.
