Packers’ Eddie Lacy leaves game after taking shot to head from Brandon Meriweather

There’s no doubt the NFL will be sending an envelope to Brandon Meriweather after this hit that knocked Green Bay Packers’ Eddie Lacy out of the game because of a concussion.

Meriweather was later knocked out of the game with his own concussion because of this helmet-to-helmet hit with James Stark:

After watching the replay of the Lacy play, the question is did the defender line him up w/ and hit him w/ the crown? The league will review
