Tulsa scores TD on a bizarre punt return to tie UCF, and then PAT is blocked (Video)

This was one of the most ridiculous punt returns I’ve ever seen.  I can’t believe that Trey Watts actually ran down there to pick up the ball.  Not only that, I can’t believe that he was able to run the entire punt back.  It looked as though Central Florida just stopped paying attention and quit on the play.

Good thing they decided to step up and block the extra point, otherwise Tulsa would have won the Conference USA Championship instead of the game going to overtime.  This was the second blocked extra point of the game, so this game has not been short on bizarre plays.
